support for individuals, partners, groups & Boards.

We have entered “The Great Turning” and it is clear: we are in need of new templates and guides that look very different than the ones that got us here. New voices are coming to the front, asking us to sense, think, wonder and imagine a new way of being. Carol Delmonico is one of these voices.

Guided sessions with Carol will reawaken your wholeness and allow well-being to begin to shower it’s knowing on you and the world. Your experience will be personalized for you. This is not about perfection or about always being happy. This is about navigating the journey with more wisdom and soul in your gait! It’s about knowing more clearly what your part is and finding the keys to a sense of meaning and fulfillment that will create a world that works for all living beings.

Guidance is personalized and generally follows two paths:

  1. Living the Questions Program: Contemplating and reflecting on questions and prompts using Wonder Uprising or with questions gleaned from our sessions together. Revealing pathways and practices to support personal and collective healing.

  2. Wellbeing Liberation Program: A nine-session program for individuals and groups that moves through the phases of Reawakening, Cultivating and Engaging. Learn more about the Wellbeing Liberation Program.

Living the Questions requires the purchase of one or more of the guidebooks.

Well-being is a both/and possibility. To find the deep well within yourself as a springboard to offer up to the world. We are more aware of our interconnectivity now. The virus taught us this. Well-being is not health. And it’s not longevity. It’s not a steady state. It’s not separate from each other. It’s a place to come home to. Again and again. Re-Remembering what has meaning, inspires, and points us towards a world that works for all.

Equitable Economics. We live in a culture that doesn’t have a sense of equity when it comes to economics. There is a great divide between the haves and have nots. This is our attempt to create new systems of economic equity. Learn more about Equitable Economics.

Simply stated, hire her! I met Carol about a year ago, at a group event she was hosting, and thought to myself afterwards, she’s special. But it wasn’t until recently in my own group situation that I discovered; just how truly accurate my impression was. It seemed at the time, our board was deteriorating and going on retreat, was our last-ditch effort to find cohesion among us. We invited Carol to facilitate an all day retreat. She held the space with grace and firmness, clarity and compassion.

We navigated some really rough waters. And she helped us stay steady and true to ourselves, each other and the values of our organization. She allowed us to air many difficulties and emerge with renewed hope. She set us up for success with very clear agreements. She kept us focused and let us process at the same time.

We appreciated her so much we hired her for another day a few weeks later. Carol’s leadership style is inclusive and power-with and encouraged us to find our way together. I highly recommend you call Carol.

Working with Carol

A cultural questioner, a compassionate disruptor, and a facilitator of wonder, Carol invites individuals and groups to a table of conversations. To hear all voices. To listen our way into wholeness. To witness. To unravel and reweave. Both together and apart.

During her 25 years as an RN and two decades as a wellness coach, Carol has guided over 3,000 clients from all different background in their personal journeys toward well-being. She has participated and facilitated (often done both at the same time) a bounty of small groups ranging from social justice, non-violent communication, Heartmath, The Embodied Life, like-minded business groups and laughter yoga. A voracious reader, a nutrition nut, and a life long learner, Carol is a steadfast friend to those she works with and loves, and a relentless champion for creating a world that works for all.

When you work with Carol, you’ll hear the words ‘me and we’ quite often. This work rewires brains to see through a new lens of interdependence instead of only the culturally conditioned lens of independence. Thoughts and habits begin to reflect a new found understanding of self as a part of something greater. Decisions and actions include more than ourselves and our own families, but the well-being of all, including the more than human world. Interdependence is embodied. The ground swells. All living beings and the natural world are lifted up by our care. We begin to use our gifts to serve and benefit both ourselves and the collective. We align our soul with its role. A metaphoric leaving of the cocoon as we emerge into true adulthood.

Come to this work with unshakable commitment. Embodying new habits and creating new systems requires energy and effort: persistent, intentional, often uncomfortable and unsettling effort. We must be humble, reflective, and patient; to sit in the discomfort and messiness of what is revealed about ourselves and the world. Prepare yourself. Long-standing identities will be shed and firmly held beliefs will be questioned. The transition lies on the foundation of “not knowing” and turning to curiosity and wonder.

Exploring consciousness. Something shifts, the worry and fear begin to lift, and the old stories and thoughts lessen their grip. New tools and strategies present us with a fresh new way to look at the world. It is coming to understand adulthood from a deeper and wider lens...the pain and loss, joy and creativity that comes with the territory. The reweaving begins. It is the growing up that is required of us in the time of great change. It is a practice to peek outside of our well-worn and comforting cocoon. We will no doubt pull back, fall back into old ways. And we notice, practice forgiveness and humility and peek our heads out again. We ask for and receive help in community. It’s the practice of becoming an adult human in a world stuck in adolescence. Only when we uncover our eyes, ears and open our hearts to the cries for change from ourselves and the world, can we create long-lasting cultural change.

Reshaping culture. We live in the culture, and the culture lives in us. The me and we, the self and world. When we transform ourselves and take action, we begin to transform the culture into a more evolved and inclusive one.

Let’s do this revolutionary work together.
